01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "as999 " or "the Platform" refers to the online casino and sports betting service operated at as999.biz, including all games, betting markets, payment systems, promotional offers, and account management tools accessible through the site.
• "User" or "You" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the as999 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on the as999 platform following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Real Money Play" refers to any betting, wagering, or gaming activity conducted using funds deposited into your as999 account balance.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet tokens, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, or other non-cash incentives credited to your account by as999 under a promotion.
• "KYC" stands for Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process that as999 applies to accounts before processing withdrawals or upon request.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked in qualifying games before it can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the primary fiat currency supported on the as999 platform for Pakistani players.
• "USDT" means Tether USD stablecoin, accepted via TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks as a cryptocurrency deposit and withdrawal method on as999.

02 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use an as999 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. as999 does not permit access to real-money gaming by any person under the age of 21, regardless of the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction.
• You must be registering the account in your own true legal identity. Creating an account in another person's name, using false identity documents, or registering on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.
• You must not already hold an existing active or suspended as999 account. Each user is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any funds therein may be forfeited following investigation.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law, and you accept full personal responsibility for assessing whether your use of as999 is lawful in your location.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of as999 or any affiliated company.

During registration, as999 will ask you to provide your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, a valid email address, and a mobile phone number. You warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete. as999 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming your provided details at any time.

03 Account Verification (KYC)

as999 applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with its obligations under its international gaming licence. KYC verification may be triggered at account registration, upon your first withdrawal request, when cumulative deposits exceed a defined threshold, or at any time as999 deems appropriate for fraud prevention or regulatory compliance purposes.

You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card / CNIC, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (screenshot of JazzCash or EasyPaisa account, bank statement, or USDT wallet address confirmation).
• Source of funds documentation if deposits exceed thresholds defined in as999's internal compliance policy.

Withdrawals will be placed on hold until KYC verification is successfully completed. as999 will process submitted KYC documents within three business days and notify you of the outcome via your registered email address. Failure to provide requested documents within 30 days may result in account suspension and, in cases of suspected fraud, permanent closure.

04 Deposits & Payment Methods

as999 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Pakistani players:

• JazzCash — PKR deposits credited instantly upon successful transaction confirmation.
• EasyPaisa — PKR deposits credited instantly upon successful transaction confirmation.
• Raast — Pakistan's interbank instant payment system; deposits credited within standard Raast network settlement times.
• 1LINK — Interbank fund transfer; deposit times subject to bank processing schedules.
• HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank — Direct bank transfers accepted; credited within one business day subject to bank processing times.
• USDT (TRC-20 / ERC-20) — Cryptocurrency deposits credited following network confirmation. TRC-20 deposits typically confirm faster than ERC-20 due to lower network congestion.

The minimum deposit amount on as999 varies by payment method and is displayed in the deposit section of your account dashboard post-login. as999 does not charge internal fees on deposits, however your bank, mobile wallet provider, or blockchain network may apply their own transaction fees which are outside as999's control.

as999 reserves the right to limit, suspend, or alter available deposit methods at any time, and to require additional verification before processing any deposit that triggers an internal compliance review.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your as999 account are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. as999 maintains the following general withdrawal processing standards:

• JazzCash & EasyPaisa: Processed within 30 minutes during standard operational hours (08:00–24:00 PKT). Requests submitted outside these hours are queued for the next processing window.
• Raast & Bank Transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan): Processed within the same business day for requests submitted before 14:00 PKT. Requests after this cut-off are processed on the following business day.
• USDT TRC-20: Broadcast to the blockchain within one hour of approval. Settlement depends on network confirmation times, typically one to three confirmations.
• USDT ERC-20: Broadcast within one hour of approval. Settlement times may be longer during periods of high Ethereum network congestion.

All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification completion. as999 will not process a withdrawal to an account that has not completed the required KYC steps. Additionally, any active bonus funds attached to your account may be subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before withdrawal of the underlying real-money balance is permitted — the specific conditions will be displayed in your account's bonus status panel.

as999 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if the account has triggered an internal fraud, bonus abuse, or compliance review. In such cases, as999 will notify you via your registered email and provide a resolution timeline wherever possible.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

as999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to these general terms plus any specific terms attached to the individual promotion, which will be displayed on the promotion's landing page or in the bonus details panel of your account.

• Bonuses are credited to your as999 account as Bonus Funds and are separate from your real-money balance until wagering requirements have been met.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified for each promotion. Bonus Funds and associated pending winnings that have not met the wagering requirement within the specified period will expire and be removed from your account without notice.
• as999 reserves the right to determine which game types and bet types contribute to wagering requirements. Sports betting, live casino, and slots may carry different contribution percentages — these are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active on your as999 account at any one time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk hedging bets to clear wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional conditions — will result in immediate bonus cancellation, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

07 Sports Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on the as999 platform. Sport-specific rules, league-specific rules, and market-specific rules are published in the as999 sportsbook rules section accessible after login.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time your bet slip is confirmed. as999 may update odds at any time before a bet is confirmed. If odds change between the time you view them and the time your bet is processed, you will be offered the updated odds and must accept or decline before the bet is placed.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per event. These are displayed on the bet slip and in the sportsbook terms section. as999 reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake limits based on betting patterns.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the real-time availability of the market. as999 may suspend in-play markets at any time during an event, including during critical moments such as wicket falls, goals, penalty situations, or other significant match events.
• For cricket markets — including PSL, international T20Is, ODIs, and Test matches — the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or equivalent) will be used to settle all markets. Abandoned matches, reduced-overs matches, and matches where the result is altered post-play by disciplinary proceedings will be settled in accordance with the relevant sport-specific rules.
• as999 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed or accepted in error, including bets placed at clearly incorrect odds, bets placed on events whose outcome was already known at the time of bet placement, or bets that resulted from a technical malfunction.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to your as999 real-money balance immediately following settlement. Disputed settlements must be raised with as999 support within 48 hours of the bet being settled.

08 Casino Game Rules

All casino games available on the as999 platform — including slots, live dealer games, RNG table games, and any other game category — are governed by the individual game rules published within each game's information panel. The following general terms also apply:

• Game outcomes for RNG-based games are determined by certified random number generation systems. The RTP (return to player) percentage for each slot and RNG table game is published in the game information section accessible within the as999 casino lobby after login.
• Live dealer games are operated by third-party studio providers. The rules and procedures displayed by the live dealer on-screen during a session are binding. 09 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the as999 platform. Any user found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended pending investigation, and may face permanent closure with forfeiture of balances where applicable:

• Providing false identity information, including false name, date of birth, address, or payment method ownership details.
• Using software tools, bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with the as999 platform in any way, including for the purposes of placing bets, navigating the casino lobby, or extracting data.
• Colluding with other players — including through chip dumping in poker-format games, coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit platform mechanics, or sharing account access.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or misconfigured odds to place bets or make deposits/withdrawals that you know or reasonably should know are the result of a platform error.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the as999 platform to cycle funds through deposits and withdrawals without genuine gaming activity.
• Attempting to access another user's account, intercept communications between as999 systems, or reverse-engineer any part of the as999 platform.
• Registering multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or circumventing limits applied to your primary account.

as999 cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Any suspected criminal activity identified through platform monitoring will be reported to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

10 Responsible Gaming

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the as999 platform or its content without prior written authorisation from as999. Automated data extraction, scraping, or harvesting of as999 content — including odds data, game results, or user interface elements — is expressly prohibited.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, as999's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — is limited to the net deposits made to your account in the 30 days preceding the date the claim arose.

as999 is not liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, even if as999 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Service interruptions caused by factors outside as999's reasonable control, including internet outages, payment network downtime, force majeure events, or third-party software failures.
• The accuracy of odds, statistics, or event information displayed on the sportsbook where such information is sourced from third-party data providers.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate password security or have shared your login credentials with a third party.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes as999's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable law.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

as999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Account inactivity: accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. as999 will attempt to contact you via your registered email before applying any dormancy policy.
• Instruction from a regulatory authority, payment processor, or law enforcement body.
• Detection that the account belongs to a person under the age of 21.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach of these terms or suspected illegal activity, any genuine real-money balance held at the time of closure will be returned to you via your last verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

You may close your own as999 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within five business days. Any outstanding withdrawals will be processed to your verified payment method before the account is formally closed.

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the as999 platform are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which as999's international gaming licence is issued. By agreeing to these terms, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through as999's internal dispute resolution process.

as999's internal dispute resolution process is the first point of contact for any complaint or dispute. To raise a dispute, contact as999 customer support via live chat and provide full details of your complaint. as999 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a resolution or escalation pathway within ten business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate to the relevant licensing authority in accordance with the procedures published by that authority.

15 Amendments to These Terms

as999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, as999 will notify registered users via the email address on file and/or display a prominent notice on the as999 platform for a period following the change. The updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the as999 platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with a material change, you should cease using the platform and close your account before the updated terms come into effect. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of the current terms governing your as999 account.
